How we plan every pour
Before I ever finished a slab, I spent years building schedules for a busy company. Then I learned concrete on a crew and started this business in O'Fallon in 2017. I still think like a scheduler, so every job gets laid out first, next and last before anything is poured, down to the curing, the wait while the concrete hardens before you can use it.
Most concrete problems I see start before the pour. The base under the slab was raked level instead of dug out and packed, the water had nowhere to go, or the work was rushed. That's where we spend our time, even though nobody sees the base once the concrete is down.
I come out to look at the job and write the estimate myself, and our crew handles the forming, pouring and finishing. If something doesn't make sense, ask, because I'd rather answer it now than after the concrete's set. The contact page is the quickest way to reach me, and you can see the rest of what we do from our home page.
A full range of concrete work
Concrete driveway building
A new driveway or a full replacement when the old one has cracked, sunk or started holding water, built on a dug-out, packed base.
Concrete patio construction
A concrete patio off the back door, sized for how you'll use it and sloped so rain runs away from your house instead of toward it.
Stamped concrete services
Concrete pressed with a pattern and color while it's still soft, for homeowners who want the look of stone or brick on a patio or walk.
Concrete sidewalk building
Walks from the driveway to the front door or around the side of the house, poured when the old ones have heaved, chipped or become trip hazards.
Garage floor concrete
A new or replaced garage slab for when the old floor is cracked, uneven or sinking, finished smooth enough to sweep and park on.
Decorative concrete
Colored, stained or textured finishes for homeowners who want concrete to match the house, on new pours or as part of a larger project.
Concrete retaining walls
Poured concrete walls that hold back soil on a slope, for yards where dirt is washing out or a level spot is needed for a patio.
Concrete floor installation
Interior concrete floors for basements, shops and outbuildings, poured flat and level so the room is ready for whatever goes on top.
Concrete pool decks
The slab around your pool, finished with a texture that grips wet feet and sloped so splash water drains off instead of pooling.
Concrete steps construction
Front and back steps rebuilt when the old ones are crumbling, pulling away from the house or uneven enough to make you watch your footing.
Slab foundation building
A slab that serves as both floor and foundation for a new home, addition, garage or outbuilding, usually called in by builders and property owners.
Foundation installation
Poured foundations for new construction and additions, with the forms, steel and concrete laid out in order so the framing crew isn't kept waiting.
Concrete parking lot building
Concrete lots and drive areas for businesses and property owners, built on a packed base with drainage planned for steady traffic.
Concrete footings
The concrete that carries the weight under decks, additions, walls and posts, poured before anything is built on top so the structure stays put.
Foundation raising
Lifting a foundation that has settled or tilted, for when you notice sticking doors, cracks in the walls or a slab that's dropped.
Concrete cutting
Clean cuts through slabs, walls and driveways for new doors, utility lines or repairs, so only the section that needs to go comes out.
